For major size alterations, adjusting the kilt may require that it be completely picked apart, pressed flat and resewn to new dimensions, including different pleat widths.  Save the cost of the cloth, this is akin to making a kilt from scratch.
New canvas and lining included. 
If straps are to be replaced as well, please order separately.
 
Also fill out and "order" the No-Cost Measurement Form to provide new dimensions for your kilt.  Without it, no work can be done.
