For major size alterations, adjusting the kilt may require that it be completely unsewn (picked apart) and resewn to new dimensions, including different pleat widths.  Save the cost of the cloth, this is akin to making a kilt from scratch, plus it has to be picked apart and the pleat creases pressed out first.

If straps are to be replaced as well, please order separately.
 
Note:  Sometimes, it may not be possible to remake a kilt if too little material remains to work with in the fell of the kilt.  An assessment of the kilt prior to beginning will be made and you will be advised if work cannot proceed.
 
Also fill out and "order" the No-Cost Measurement Form to provide new dimensions for your kilt.  Without it, no work can be done.
