SHIPPING POLICY

Inbound Shipping

Clients ("you", "your", "their") are solely responsible for shipping their kilt to Àrd-Tìreach Kilt Alterations ("we", "us", "our") at their own expense.  We suggest using a recognized courier service with online shipment tracking and require a receiver signature to be confident it got to us.  Optionally, clients may also want to insure their shipment for the replacement value of their kilt.

Àrd-Tìreach Kilt Alterations shall not be responsible for the loss by your chosen carrier of any items shipped to us.  Clients are advised to contact us and the carrier in the event that delivery fails to occur in a reasonable time.

 

Return Shipping

1. General Information

In this policy"product(s)" and "item(s)" refers to any products, materials or services produced or provided by Àrd-Tìreach Kilt Alterarions ("we", "us", "our"), and "in stock" refers to the availability of any products, materials or services.
 

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time the client ("you", "your", "their") places their order, we will:

  • notify you using the e-mail address you provided,

  • return your kilt to you--if it was received by us for alteration--via the delivery method you chose (see 3., below), and

  • refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment. 

2. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is completed by us. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the service provided by your chosen carrier.

3. Delivery Methods

We will expedite your kilt via your choice of either:

(1)  Expedited Parcel Post (Canada Post)

(2)  XpressPost (Canada Post), or 

(3)  UPS - Expedited Parcel. 

All methods include tracking and receiver signature.  Clients will be notified of the item tracking number. 

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, your location and the delivery method you choose. To find out how much your order will cost to ship, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to view your cart. There, select the return shipping region and service: updated shipping charges will be displayed.  Sales tax is charged according to the Canadian province or territory to which the item is shipped.
